How it works
Enter an amount or an expression, reuse a template, then see how everyday spending changes a monthly or category budget.
- Record spending, attach receipt photos and search merchants, notes, tags or amounts locally.
- Set monthly and category budgets, carry unused amounts forward and see a daily allowance.
- Review accounts, credit cards, assets and liabilities without bank auto-sync.
- Use free optional iCloud sync across iPhone and iPad, plus CSV export and restorable backups.
Free and paid access
Free download. Everyday records, budgets, accounts, refunds, iCloud sync, CSV export and backups are free. Optional Pro adds statement import, multiple ledgers, advanced reports, recurring entries, the reimbursement center and personalization. Pro offers a yearly subscription or one-time lifetime purchase, shared across iPhone and iPad.
Privacy
The ledger is processed on device and is not uploaded to the developer. Optional iCloud sync uses your own iCloud container and is off by default. Feedback leaves the device only when you choose to submit it.
A review starting point
A review can start with a synthetic expense, inspect the remaining budget, and export the ledger as CSV. No real bank data or iCloud connection is needed for that workflow.
Manual bookkeeping is the core product. Do not describe it as bank auto-sync, a shared family ledger or an AI finance adviser. Interface languages are English, Simplified Chinese and French; store-listing translations are separate.
